b) Add a card under 'PAYMENT METHODS'
6. DECIDE YOUR SCHEDULE - Recurring day/s, AD HOC or both:
a) RECURRING DAYS - AUTOMATIC, NO STRESS, BEST VALUE!
Simply WhatsApp us your decided fixed day/s you want each week at a discounted rate!
The bookings are then rolling and automatic and payment will be taken monthly, you can cancel any time, changes will take affect from the beginning of the next month
b) AD HOC DAYS - PAY AS YOU GO, ULTIMATE FLEXIBILITY!
You can simply use the booking portal anytime by going to 'Request Services' and selecting your day.
Payment will be charged as it is processed in a pay as you go system
c) HYBRID- THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS
Do both! Simply WhatsApp us your recurring day and feel free to also book extra hoc days via the portal!
- ALL bookings are viewable and cancelable by going to 'VIEW SCHEDULE'
- BOOK UP UNTIL 11PM THE NIGHT BEFORE
- CANCELLATION POLICY - 24 HOURS NOTICE, within 24 hours of your booking, it is locked and unable to cancel

WHAT TO EXPECT
ON YOUR DOG'S FIRST DAY
CONTENT -
You will receive the BEST video and photo updates straight to your phone on your dog's first x5 days of attending After x5 sessions, your doggy will be completely settled and loving his new routine, you'll then see all updates daily on our Social stories!
DROP OFF AT THE GATE -
7AM - 10AM - We always highly suggest a swift, confident handover to our wonderful staff member so your dog feels reassured - they can become stressed by a parent's obvious anxiety so try and do this as quickly as possible! :) It can be tough but a swift goodbye is best!
PICK UP -
3PM - 6.30PM - Expect a happy excited doggy full of love and undoubtedly sleepy after their first big day! :)
N.B Weekend Timings: 10am - 6pm
