EXCLUSIVE LUXURY FOR SMALL BREEDS:
We specialise in the care of SMALL BREEDS meaning there's no better place for your furry friend!! They will be surrounded by likeminded little dogs for maximum play and easy friendships. As it's small breeds only, that means OFF-LEAD PLAYTIME all day, with ZERO CRATE TIME. Added benefit is the removal of any threat from an attack off a large breed - what a relief!
WELLBEING & EMOTIONAL CARE
We are not a conventional daycare... we place EMOTIONAL WELLBEING at the heart of everything we do.
In recent years, we have seen a rise in anxiety-related behaviours in small breeds — particularly in busy or mixed-size daycare environments. By caring exclusively for small dogs and never allowing large dogs, we remove many of the triggers that can cause fear or overwhelm.
Dogs are supported closely by our experienced care team and introduced gradually, allowing confidence to build naturally through safety, routine, and trust. There are no crates, no high-pressure energy, and no forceful approaches — only gentle structure, reassurance, and consistency.
For many dogs, this calm, homely environment is genuinely life-changing, helping them relax, socialise, and enjoy daycare in a way that previously felt impossible.

Pedro - Doggy Whisperer
Former British Military Captain and Management Consultant Pedro used to train K9 pups and has always been an outdoor adventurer channeling Golden Retriever energy! Opening Little Doggy Daycare with wife Isabella was the dream...
"We wanted to create a place where dogs feel safe, accepted, and included, even those that are too scared or anxious to attend regular daycares — being part of a pack is in their DNA so that’s exactly what we’ve built.
If I were a dog, I’d be a boundless cockapoo— big personality, big heart, boundless enthusiasm with unapologetically shaggy hair" 🐶✨

Isabella - Founder
C suite Marketing professional, Isabella started this passion project to carve out a wellness focused space for small dogs that didn't currently exist - "Dogs are just angels sent to us! They deserve to have safe loving spaces for their wellbeing to be looked after just like ours!
A place that finally champions mindset and not just daycare...seeing little dogs initially arrive anxious, (often alongside equally anxious parents!), and watch their confidence grow to race around freely, socialising and unburdened by the stress of separation anxiety is honestly the most rewarding thing I've ever done!"

Daisy - Doggy Senior & Social Media
With nearly three years of daycare specific experience, surrounded by wagging tails, muddy paws, and plenty of personality, Daisy also holds a Level 2 qualification in Animal Care and Welfare.
"I love working with dogs because it lets me see their intelligence, resilience, and amazing ability to trust. Helping build that trust and watching their confidence grow every day is incredibly rewarding — plus, I’ll never say no to cuddles and kisses.
If I were a dog breed, I’d definitely be a spaniel: full of energy, endlessly loving, and always ready for the next adventure" 🐾

Abi - Doggy Junior
As an outdoor enthusiast Abi has always worked with animals including having extensive experience with horses managing stable yards -
"I love all sentient furry beings! They're the best to spend time around, it's the most rewarding job in the world to be able to make the happy every day"
Abi manages the outdoor area of the daycare including enrichment, training and agility - the perfect sporty hands on person for the job!

Laura - Doggy Junior
Laura has Level 3 Animal Management and approximately 3 years of experience of caring for dogs at Stock Dogs and LDDC.
"I love dogs because of the love and happiness they bring into people’s lives and the meaningful difference they can make every day. Their loyalty, affection, and constant desire for connection make them truly special companions.
If I were a dog breed, I’d be a Labrador — loyal, trusting, fun-loving, and equally happy playing all day or curling up for a well-earned nap" 🐶💛

Ellie - Doggy Junior
Ellie holds a Level 2 qualification in Animal Management and Behaviour from Writtle College. She's worked with dogs since 2024, starting in canine hydrotherapy before joining LDDC.
When she was 8, she even taught her deaf French Bulldog sign language!
"If I were a breed, I think I'd be a German Shepherd — protective, affectionate, and always ready for fun! My mum said I should be a Chihuahua because they're pocket sized! haha"

Rhian - Doggy Junior
Rhian studied Level 2 in Animal Care at Writtle college. She has worked with dogs for 2 years, first of all at Baskervilles in Ingatestone and now at LDDC.
When asked what kind of dog she'd be -
"I would be a Bulldog - super chilled personality!"

Allana - Doggy Helper
She holds a Level 3 in Animal Management and has been a part of the LDDC team for over a year and a half.
She loves dogs for their intelligence, loyalty, and the incredible bonds they build with people.
"If I were a dog, I'd be a Cockerpoo - super friendly, full of energy and always up for a cuddle"
